Looks like B and L giving sales people one less level of performance ratings than deserved. Cut raises so can IPO. Be nice if they would just be honest with lower raises this year but give IPO shares to make up for it and it didn't become part of your employee record. How can you base a "years performance" on numbers through October? In July we were responsible for numbers and not even in the same territories or products then some get held responsible for Bromday at the end that goes into Platinum Club rankings. JOKE! Managers had absolutely no input.
