Looks like B and L giving sales people one less level of performance ratings than deserved. Cut raises so can IPO. Be nice if they would just be honest with lower raises this year but give IPO shares to make up for it and it didn't become part of your employee record. How can you base a "years performance" on numbers through October? In July we were responsible for numbers and not even in the same territories or products then some get held responsible for Bromday at the end that goes into Platinum Club rankings. JOKE! Managers had absolutely no input.

If you got a proficient rating and feel like you're really missing out on a big merit increase, don't sweat it. I got a proficient rating which I was told came with a 3% raise. Friend of mine on west coast got the highest rating (leading, I think) and she got a 4% raise. So, basically she killed it on performance and I was average, yet she only got 1% more than I did. I don't feel too bad now.

Most people with proficient get 2%, but you got 3%? Glad to see there is consistency, BS!

WHAT!!!! You are proficient and received %3!!! This is some inconsistent BS!!! I got %2!!!! and I was proficient!!! Man o man...B + L can eat my ass!!! As soon as I find another gig, I'm out of here!
