NN is truly an empty suit. I expect he will facilitate some perfectly predictable strategy sessions with leaders and use words that inspire them, he'll be the face of IDE programs and then he'll move on.

bro you'll be lucky if this idiot Nnnamdi Njoku attends a single meeting unless its about DEI, has the CEO/execs also attending, or is about praising him/giving him an award. the meetings he does attend will say some vapid shit like "we're all in this together" and disappear quietly into the night

he's one of the most useless dudes i have ever seen and the fact that he was allowed to destroy 2 businesses and leave on his own terms is frankly shocking

This. Hiring this guy Just lowered the company moral by another 30%. We are allready at bottom now we’re digging holes once we got there. Shame, at least investors are talking if about the new hire and the trail of description in his place everywhere else. Not one person at Z takes him serious. Guy allready lost this new job the second his name was said. Zimmer, horrible move, everyone hates it, you screwed up again
