It’s actually getting much worse. It’s like everyone is pointing at someone else around here.
 






No matter what, VPs and nationals all blame the sales force for why things are doing poorly. When you look at the HUB, stocking issues, contracting, managed care...its everything BUT the sales reps. How can you sell anything when a patient/pharmacy can't get it or it cost too much compared to competitors?

Sun needs to look at Abhay, Tom Goga, Andy Nelson, Kyle Ferguson and the other top people and decide if they can keep putting up with their bullshit for the struggles.

Most of the management here is wasted up. A complete lack of any sincerity makes the place a joke. With just a few moves this organization could be really good. I don’t know if Abhay is the guy for this or not. Something needs to change or we all go under.

Things were great until these ‘low life’ Ilumya TM’s were brought on board. I’m on the Absorica team and we were killing it until these ‘low rent’ TM’s came here.

Heard that they are bringing in a kick boxing cage to the dinner events. Just in case the teams want to settle the score. Absorica 1 billion vs. Ilumya (minus) two billion. Seems like the fight is already lost.
