Y’all still getting payed 30/70 twice a year?

Hello robots,
I left years ago and was just wondering if you Schmuck’s are still getting payed just twice a year? When are you going to realize that you are grossly underpaid compared to your peers and leave? I beg my friends that are still there to leave but they won’t. Y’all are like watching that Jim Jones documentary I saw the other night, really I mean that. Even the job share girl I know thinks she can’t leave, and bitches about how bad it is. Please please please leave this horrible place to work.

You can check out but you can never leave! At least that is the attitude of most Merckoids when it comes to leaving their pharma catering jobs...The only job in the world that pays a hundred grand for delivering food. Imagine if Uber Eats or Grubhub paid people 100k to deliver food...The whole world would flock to those jobs.

The thing about Merck is that it is a cult, and if you don't drink the Kooolaid - you will be pushed out. Evil company but the money seduces people and they hold on tight for dear life to those jobs that are absolutely horrible and unsatisfying except for the pay.
