xymogen attempting to raise more money to pay their bills

I heard X is having another stock offering this, but is planning on diluting the stock from their original huge price of $1800 per share, Maybe Will and Brian could have a garage sale, Mike and the reps could go on a diet and quit feeding their huge egos. One of their Board Members said that the backorders are from not paying bills and getting cut off by suppliers. It was also said that they ditched their distributors to try and squeeze a couple more dollars out of their over priced products. Sad. SAd, Sad

Seth, are you still playing with your rose garden? Shouldn't you be out selling to help pay those bills?

If seth would go out and work and stop playing with his roses we would not have these problems

Did you tards ever raise the money you needed to keep your business afloat?? Also, are you still hiring the Metagenics rejects?? Keep up the great work. What a business mod;e, lets hire all the metagenics idiots that couldn't make it. They can come work for us and we will pay them top salary to sit home.

how is it you ass clowns can go on the meta site and spew your crap, but you can't answer a question about not paying your bills?

No big surprise. It seems they're trying to raise money again by a stock offering for "active customer and staff only." This means "we can't pay our bills and need your help." So does COD or credit card when you're 30+ days. Xymogen even had money problems when they were a Metagenics distributor.

"X" is on it way down. They not only can't pay bills, their vendors don't like them. Keep up the great work guys.

THIS IS TRUE!!!

Xymogen is working hard to raise more money to pay their bills. This is soooo true.

Just like any company who 'goes public' to grow and pay their bills, this is what Xymogen is doing---but instead of selling PUBLIC stock they are selling PRIVATE stock --- to pay the bills associated with increased inventory demand and to build a new state-of-the-art manufacturing site in 2010/2011.

If you'd like to buy some of their stock, just go to their website www.xymogen.com and inquire...

I would think that the constant growth and record sales would help pay for at least some of the bills. Weird. Perhaps offering private stock to employees and doctors might be a way to give back to loyal customers who ignore you Metagetics and former sales reps that can't stand the fact that XYMOGEN is growing. How it must suck to be you.

Metagenics and numedatards really cannot get over the success of xymogen meta the giant cannot stand them because they had such close ties, and never thought they would become a 30 million dollar company so fast, numedica cannot stand them because well numedica does not like anyone unless you are a witness or dumb ass, that is why TH and PT are working for them. they are dumbass's and the rest are puppets under mind control, go sell hcg what a scammm

XYMOGEN®’s principal manufacturing partner has been audited and quality approved by key industry certifying bodies.

These include:

GMP Certificate - Academy of Clinical, Environmental, Research and Information Services (ACERIS)
GMP "A Rating" - Natural Products Association (NPA)
Certification by Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
Kosher certification (all major authorities)

Wow! your manufacturer is "triple certified," too! Aren't these the same certs as Metagenics? Wouldn't it make more sense to buy direct from the manufacturer? Your q.c. (really not yours) is no better than Meta, eh? But, no NSF? Didn't you guys used to claim to be pharma?

Wait . . . maybe Metagenics is your manufacturer . . . .hmmm . . .

What happens if a company fails a TGA audit? Nothing, they are from Australia and have no authority in the States. What happens if a company fails an NPA audit (every 3 years)? Nothing. What will happen when these manufacturers fail the new FDA regs? They will be given a chance to spend big bucks to ugrade before they are shut down. Most will shut down. No rodent control program?

Who the heck is ACERIS? Who really cares?

What happens to private label companies who depend on manufacturers to meet the new regs? Could be kind of bumpy the next few years, fasten your seatbelts.

Why not state who your "principal manufacturer" is? Who are non-princiapal manufacturers and what are their certs?

Zyto is not a scam?

FYI - None of your certifications have any regulatory authority. NPA comes in just once every 3 years at your "principal manufacturers" invitation. Theoretically, you could be good just that day, pass the inspection and pay NPA to place their seal on their label. BFD!!!! Same with TGA, they only come to the plant once every three years and have no authority if you are in violation of Australian manufacturing regs, this just means you can sell product in Australia and countries that accept TGA.

While NPA is good and probably equivalent to federal nutritional GMPs currently being phased in, it doe not require onsite testing and does not specify how finished products are to be tested to ensure they meet label claim.

Many NPA products are not meeting label claims as per Consumerlabs.com (pharma regulated analytical lab), even a TGA facility, Metagenics, was found to have unacceptably high levels of heavy metals in Ultra Clear and not recommended by Consumerlabs.com.

Didn't you guys used to say you were true pharma? What happened to that?

What happens if your "principal manufacturer" can't meet the new regs?
