Xtandi Bonus?

How does everyone feel about Pfizer being paid bonus at plan when they've been out of the field for over a year while we risk getting zero bonus if we don't reach the 85% gate? I'm busting my butt trying to move business in a nearly shut down territory (in a very closed state.) Feeling frustrated. How does everyone else feel?

Pfizer is a first class organization, Astellas is not. Some of the biggest jack asses that ever worked for Pfizer (and got Pfired) now work for Astellas…enuf said.

Pfizer is a first class organization, Astellas is not. Some of the biggest jack asses that ever worked for Pfizer (and got Pfired) now work for Astellas…enuf said.

Astellas is often a pit stop for anyone with any talent. Anyone else, stays here because of the LTI or are because they are second rate. People who stay for the LTI get fed up sooner or later with the lack of competence and leave, or commit to sticking it out until retirement. Certain people in leadership brag about being here for decades, and it really only identifies them as apathetic or incompetent.

LTI/PIP's did not keep those who went to Myovant and Urovant. Word is they were compensated and made more than whole for what they left behind.
