Sure the billion dollar status is global, but I read that US contributes 70% to the total. A cursory thank you from senior management is not enough. Look I like selling Xolair, but it isn't a slam dunk. We bleed for every vial shipped. The least the RDs or VP could have done is thrown us a gift card or a few points.
They're the ones making a ton of $$$$ while our paychecks go to child care, mortgage, etc. With today's cost of living in and around major US cities it's hard to even build savings unless one's spouse equals or exceeds the Xolair total net for the year.
