Is this piece of crap Brooklyn Rep going to win 2010 rep of year with Xolair??? He is currently ranked #1 with all of his 290 vials a month, 7 writers total, last ranked 2007-2009 in bottom and now do to low goals he is now considered great?? Get real... What a joke if they give such a rank to suck a fake! Protest when you hear this guy and his NY team at awards dinner. Ask him how he did it, how he got all seven doctors to prescribe, and how he managed to stay employed? Xolair awards bull 2010-2011... Stinks...

Grin, thats a smirk for knowing how he screwed the system. He is not cleaver but rather numbing. He could sell tortillas to a mexican. Word of a fact, this will be his first national award since joining Novartis 8 years ago. Go figure right???
 






Before you insult your colleague - please take a minute to refresh your memory about the incentive plan...It is all about GROWTH. And sounds like he had the greatest increase in growth across all Xolair reps! His ranking was also determined by YOUR (weaker) growth performance. If you all had done better, Xolair would have had a better year and not missed budget and had to make excuses for a slowing of growth momentum despite 2 companies promoting it!

Must be the manager here?? when your numbers are zero to begin with, there is nothing to do but grow. Da... If I were to slack off for a couple years and have the safe guard of weak performance reviews to protect me, I to could have growth of almost 300 vials a month. He hardly covers his salary and business expenses. WOW you need a reality check here. Would he not be a better rep if he were to sell throughout his career at the best of his 'lack" ability along they way to be considered a good rep?? At least thats how Genentech feels and others at Novartis. Truth is here that volume pays the bills and new growth comes from those who either slacked off from the start or new hires and managed care benefits, not skill! He was ranked number 129th in 2008 and now 1st in 2010 whats his secret besides hiding behind you??? Can he share his wisdom???

The number supposedly are set by Al Ingle-man or some crap like this so called computer turd. Garbage in garbage out. Nothing personal to this particular rep, who has little brains to boot, but he and this type of ranking system happens all over Novartis and is the CANCER that causes this company to be just a job. Credit you say? Listen Mr Clark, get he facts and then for once say something you can be proud of. What about all the other reps who have been selling Xolair with less population, less opportunity ad more growth in vials. Everyone accept YOU know the goals as of the past few years have not made sense. Pay for performance Bul$*&#!

The only performance this shows is this. If Novartis leadership can't run the ship and do the right thing for those who make it happen financially in all sales divisions, then each rep should calculate their own performance based on pay and adjust your time and efforts in field while losers like Brooklyn Rep territories, with populations over 2.5 million bring in 290 vials a month winning rep of year.

OK OK OK!! Enough from Novatis's least qualified DM in New York history. How does your team really feel about this? How much teamwork does your district have? How much mentorship does this district have? We notice all the time your district disfunction and now you have the Novartis Xolair rep of year, with the lowest results in Novatis history get involved at national meetings ! You must be proud, all of you. No wonder we hear the Genentech Manager quit, he was tired as we all are!

2.5 million lives in BrookLyn, and less than 290 vials a month of Xolair. Thats so PATHETIC!
