Based on yesterday's call with Tad I wouldn't say it's out of the question if Alcon buys Xiidra. Clearly something more is going to happen. You don't just pull MSLs, TLL MDAs (i.e. resources/budget) for a non-priority drug and think that's it. Mark my words the other shoe will drop in the next few months

Novartis will wait until the launch of the new oncology drug. If it is a blockbuster like they claim they will most likely sell Xiidra. If not they will need the continued revenue stream. The MSLs and TLLs were literally doing nothing to very little for Xiidra. All Novartis needs for Xiidra is a salesforce.

The virtual reps can legit call offices and ship them samples. That's all offices care about and they sure as shit don't want reps bringing in useless managers to their office post Covid for no reason other than to check a box.

If you become a pharma rep that means that you made something of yourself? It doesn't take much to become a pharma rep. It's not a sales job. I have more respect for a waitress than I do a pharma rep. A waitress actually does more selling than a pharma rep. I am not complaining; rather, stating facts.
