Start doing the math and u find out they are absolutely losing their ass. Everything from Anniston to ask iris to selling off label short term one time surgery use killed this thing and came from the higher ups. I got an offer to leave a couple months ago but decided to double dip till they catch me. I don’t know one xiidra rep that is working more than 10 hours a week. The rivalry between the reps and Perry bob and whoever is something I have never seen anywhere. They hate us we hate them.

Because NBU reps believe they’re having impact on a 13 year old drug w superior coverage. How is mydayis working out for you? Majority of DED is in Medicare and our previous leaders had zero strategy when building out the OBU. NBU should focus on their resumes and not the OBU.

Mydayis is a dog product that should never have been brought to market. It was shelved and then had the cobwebs blown off to prop up a bogus pipeline because Xiidra (our future) was doing shit. Then the NBU gets dragged into OBU offices to do your job for you. Go figure... NBU are the gladiators. The rest of you are damsels in distress.

You idiots in the NBU think you are way more valuable than you are. You guys came in AND DID NOTHING! My NBU Pele were nothing but sample droppers and I told them not to leave any to begin with...worst decision ever to being you dipshits in. Now where are you? That's right spin off, sell off... Mydayis sat on the shelf for years. Why? Because the prior leadership knew what it was doing. Flemming was desperate to dump the NBU and needed a story including a “new” product, even though the “new” product was old and had no benefit over XR or Vyvanse. It was a lost cause from the start, resurrected only because R&D had nothing else and Flemming was failing. Remember when patients mattered at Shire?

I was in the NBU, you don’t sell Vyvanse, it’s a great product with great coverage. Don’t throw rocks when you live in a glass house. OBU has accomplished a lot consider 90 percent of our commercial coverages requires a PA and no Med D coverage which is a core demo for dry eye. Vyvanse is a commercial coverage product, that is a huge deal. Now your selling mydayis w limited coverage and your elite sales force has no impact.
