0/06/2014 AP 13:10- Intuitive Surgical posted its fifth straight quarterly earnings decline last quarter. This once fast-growing company's revenue fell 11% to $512.2 million in Q2. Net profit also slumped badly -- from $159.1 million, or $3.90 per share a year ago, to $104 million, or $2.77 per share.

Ethicon rep here. I'm hearing they don't want another clunker taking up space.
They are starting to regret even getting into the robotic stuff. Starting to see some docs pull back too and embarrassed they got caught up in it. Problem for those guys is going back to traditional lap and not eating crow. I feel bad for some of the nice ones.

I don't. the responsibility to a surgeon in to the patient not to Intuitive. A lot of them have lost sight of that.
