Angela once again has proven her horrendous track record of hiring. Xeljanz Pres is total out of position mess. Way over her head and should never be anything more than a RD at this skill set of her career.
The new VP is very nice & the reps were optimistic but it has turned out she is less qualified than my DM! She should not be more than a DM..... total mess of leadership with Xeljan. Since they want women, there are a lot more qualified females that have years of leadership experience and have proven themselves for decade of various leadership roles than being push through & up quickly with networking like the 2 we currently have.
This is a nightmare & Angela needs to go! She can not lead or hire or have good strategic vision. I&I needs to clean house of Sr Leadership.
