Xarelto / Quintiles contract expires end of 2014

Quintiles is hiring CV specialty reps now. I am aware that inVentiv got the Xarelto contract with Janssen for the next year. Are the newly hired reps are going to be let go in January next year or Janssen will run two companies at the same time? Are there any other possible scenarios? Training reps to be less then two month on the field? Any thoughts?

Rumor is that we continue to foe 1-2 more years. However, Chuck was at the National Office of Quintiles last week just working on the contract. That MUST mean that nothing is finalized. I think this is all BullShit that the contract is done. Management gets a bonus for keeping territories filled. While it makes business sense to keep 6767 rolling, Quintiles is screwing with our lives but not giving an official notification. Who cares if Inventiv contract on this gets cancelled. Who cares if JNJ reps lose their jobs. Those are all of the rumors. What we KNOW FOR A FACT is only that our jobs end at the end of this year, and that everything else is a RUMOR. Get looking for other jobs!!
