Not going to make the classic "sky must be falling" or "leadership is too far out of touch" claims, but Im not comfortable and absolutely not confident.

Please show me something (ie show = DO, not just SAY) to believe this isn't a total train wreck "Bob".

Leadership IS TOO FAR OUT OF TOUCH - I'm new and still have a hard time trying to understand why we make everything SO tedious and hard for reps. No wonder reps leave, this is not a rep friendly place to work.

FACTS!!! Everyone complains about SFEs in my district - even had good reps leave for companies that our more rep friendly. Reps that left even told my DM about how tedious everything is here for reps. STREAMLINE
