Every business unit received this communication. People you have been warned. It’s not worth your job to falsify physician calls to make a metric. Regardless of what you may or may not have done before stop the bullshit calls.
 
















Everyone makes does it. Any asswipe that says they never do it is full of crap. You have two choices make 7 calls a day which is impossible. Or be fired for not meeting the metrics. Every division got this. It's a way of getting rid of people without severance.
 








This company will never make it to the top 5. The incompetence is from leadership, not the field!! They are delusional…only reason they are even making profit is bc we have great drugs!
