WTF. The Monrovia lab supervisor, SK, has finally done something so egregious, that One of their best cytotechnolgist’s quit. She was on vacation when she learned that the lab supervisor, SK, knew of a Covid-19 positive employee for weeks and had not informed the lab. The The cytotech said that mailed in her resignation because she feared going anywhere near that lab. Does this company have any policy protecting employees that they enforce or even recognize human decency?
To make matters worse, the so called ‘lab supervisor’ rarely shows up at the lab. She is protecting herself from COVID-19 by working, remotely, from home. (Doing what? Only the devil knows) It appears that no one gives a damn what happens to the employees or their families.
No ethics. No humanity. No accountability Don’t even enforce their own policy statements. Nihilistic behavior.
