TORT Reform is needed to save our healthcare. It's also needed to keep one of these horrible lawsuits from killing our jobs. Feel for the women who were REALLY treated wrong....but can't stand the penalty the rest of Novartis had to pay for all other females. Some good women said they didn't think it was right, but they weren't going to turn down FREE money. Just like our government, everyone is in it for themselves. Who cares what the long term results bring. The lawyers I am sure prevailed as always! Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Maybe Novartis will lead the charge to protect the rights of the caucasion male????

What a bunch of crybabies!!! Just do your job and quit crying because some woman made a few dollars. Maybe if you could sell your products you wouldn't have to be so jealous
