I see posts saying about massive firest, CEO, someone called James… is it that bad?

All companies have challenges and sometimes I am not sure people are just venting daily stress, versus this being a real bad place to be.
Any objective feedback would help... I am not saying people were lying in the other posts, but this would be my first job in healthcare, so not a small move...

Great company, depends on where you work. Where are you applying to? That has a definite factor if you’re looking at sales.
