Another one bites the dust. Another staff walks. Indian owned and led company has no clue how to manage an American work force. Grinding down people may work in India, but this is the USA. Seriously, no one will stay the long term with this atmosphere. A tip to the FDA is all that’s needed to shut things down. You have really hard working staff with way too much to do to keep the house compliant. It’s a joke. How many more will we lose until you wise up? There is not one ex-Spectrum employee who is not out looking. Good luck, all.

Every employee is looking for a job. This is a fact. I guarantee it.
 






























Its true. This new company is not willing to make the financial commitment. We need to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and take control of our own futures. Interview. There are a lot of opportunities out there. Start networking and move forward. We don't have to stay here. I cannot afford to stay here.

No one is playing victim. This group knows what they have to do and exit plans are in place. Resumes are hot and ready.
