Worst Managers at Axsome? Who to absolutely avoid?

RBD in DC……S.Smith is someone to absolutely avoid. Unless being micromanaged and infantilized is your thing. No coaching, no development…3 companies in last 5 years…..hardly a record of significant tenure in management roles……how many of “their” people has “they” developed and coached that led to promotions or president’s club? Not as many as leave for other companies.
