I think people who are reluctant to authority often never appreciate managers. I had multiple managers while at Teva and all were great! Each switch got better. I got better too! Maybe try to also help them and be a team. I no longer work with Teva, i have not for a while but every company, work environments is also what you make of it. Just be kind. As coaches they should also be coached. After all, there is a much bigger purpose in life.
