Worst leadership ever experienced

I had some great conversations with my colleagues who used to be at atherotech with me. We all agreed it was the worst experience of our lives at your organization due to horrific leadership no vision and no one caring that the leadership was extremely damaging. You don't have the turnover of incredible people like you had with unless your leadership was awful. Just plain awful. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You made our lives miserable

I underestimated the ineptitude of this company's management when it became obvious that they were the reason this company was not advancing in today's marketplace like other labs.

Not just bad, they are terrible. Total, full blown narcissism. So full of themselves. And the company is dwindling away by the month. Surprise, surprise

We're presently the 24th largest lab in Alabama and the 212th largest lab in the US.

I underestimated the ineptitude of this company's management when it became obvious that they were the reason this company was not advancing in today's marketplace like other labs.

Not just bad, they are terrible. Total, full blown narcissism. So full of themselves. And the company is dwindling away by the month. Surprise, surprise

so why did they lay off so many people last year AND why are they hiring again now?

Hiring? I don't think so. We've cut 60% of the sales force, with more to be chopped as business continues the downward spiral.

They're hiring to backfill territories that have historically performed pretty well after those reps have quit because they were fed up. The problem with that is that once a rep leaves, the majority of their business leaves with them.

Ditto! Worst work experience of my life. The incompetence within corporate management is astounding. Worst execution of corporate strategy I have ever been part of. No accountability by department heads for constant misshaps that cost the company profits. Middle-management knows they can't get a job anywhere else so they don't hold anybody accountable at corporate in fear of being ostracized so mistakes continue to happen on a daily basis. Salesforce is left with no support, no answers, no direction, but is held responsible for profitability and growth?? Give me my bonus check and I'm gone!
