Worst interview process. Period

The interview process here is beyond a joke. Dragged out for months…because clearly this organization is a mess. It was reflected in the process. Never did I get the chance to even get to know the district manager or vice versus..antiquated behavioral questions in the interview process one after another. No questions about why I would want to work there, my experience, what I could bring to the table etc..just ridiculous line of questioning. Also, in my entire professional history I have never been asked to complete a background check prior to even meeting with a district manager! Beyond premature. That process is time consuming and involved having references respond to questions about myself etc.. all for a job that ultimately I decided I didn’t want after my second round of face to face interviews. That process was a waste of time to my references and then I had to explain to them that I hadn’t even met the Mgr yet. It’s clear reading the threads on here that the problems extend from one area of this company to another and clearly turn over is a problem. If anyone is considering applying for a job here.. my advice is to not waste your talent.

Might actually be Princeton ones fault on this.

I had the same experience. Panel interview was awful. Horrible choice of questions and no getting to know me. They were cold and off putting. Apparently this company has lack of leadership and their district mgrs are complete robots w no personality. Can’t blame the recruiter on that.

You are not alone in the experience you described. We are both better off utilizing our talents elsewhere, and for less compensation. Alks actions and behaviors are counter to/with their culture and "values".
No respect whatsoever.
