Hire a large number of Contract reps who are not allowed to detail products and give them symbicort crestor vimovo and Nexium which is a great access drug. Then give our highest rated reps PFH that won't help them get thru 1 extra door.
 












I understand your thoughts on this, However, The company has a plan for this. The established products are in greater demand and also get prescribed with out details. Therefore costing a lot less than giving to a true company rep. PFH is an attempt to gain market share from Advair and get as much revenue as possible from this drug. If it does not get the market share they need....hence layoff of more......Look at CNS they pushed and pushed these guys to get as much as they could out of Seroquel XR. They did not meet it, They were cut of sent to Primary Care. Contract is here to stay. Every other country is doing it. I would not be surprised if other industries follow suit. They are cheaper and a company can quit the contract anytime without paying pension etc.

Why are we still debating this people? Get a clue will you. Our jobs are like dinosauers in a museum. Trying to convince anyone that we still deliver value worth or salaries and benefits is like trying to sell 8 track tapes at a rock concert. It is over and if you are not actively interviewing for a career change then you are either blind, deaf, plain stupid or any combination.
