Worst career decision I ever made--working for Indivior!

Been here two years plus. I was naive and believed all the crap HR, ABM and ZD told me.

But it is still on me. I didn't research Glass Door, cafepharma, call old and current Indivior employees and such.

Not blaming anyone except myself.

I will be out of here by end of Q2. My next gig and only get better cuz it can't get any worse than here.

What’s your salary. Honestly curious. I’m looking and some pay is astonishingly low

I was with RB/Indivior for a long time. It is really sad what the company became. Terrible promotions, good leadership forced out and ABMs that don’t deserve the title. Throw in every failure a company can make when launching a product, and the result is people are bailing. I honestly think Indivior will not be around in a year. Most likely bought by a larger company. Glad I got out when I did and I recommend everyone do the same.

I also left, but I honestly still miss Indivior. It was such amazing place to work! I was sad to leave
