Kinda a bit off topic but does anyone know the protocol for getting the axe? If you’re a top performer and trending to win, but you just can’t seem to win with the manager, can they still let you go without a plan? If no compliance rule was broken? And where does it take place? Does another manager have to be present? It’s crazy but someone on my team is getting his balls handed to him bc the manager is a gaslighting narcissist and the most biased individual on the planet. They happen to be the right color and gender and seem to be untouchable. But the rep is getting harassed at this point. Do they have any options? Mgr has a hx of retaliation even though it doesn’t go on. Ideas? Thoughts? What are options and serious ones? This is someone’s family too. I know we all joke and that’s awesome but this individual is running out of time. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
