Working Here....Pros and cons please

OK - I applied to a great position at HQ and need honest pros and cons. I know the history of this company but need to know if leadership is decent or in a downward spiral. Really important as I do not want to get into a cultural shithole.

You can't run fast enough or far enough away. Just check the stock history

Pros- leadership is terrible
Cons- it's going to get worse with the stupid ass products they aquired. Medco is laughing their ass off. The reps over there could not wait to get rid of Recothrom! I'm sorry but go somewhere else. Leadership here is weak and they have Wallstreet believing the lies!

A shame. How are marketing and training departments? Sales Ops?
Appreciate honesty.

There literally is no marketing department. None wanted to move from California to St. Louis and they are finishing get out this month (or earlier if they get other jobs.....and they are all aggressively looking). There is no training. They gave the training to a St. Louis rep (as literally no one wanted to move to St. Louis) and now they have been promoted to a DBM. Did I mention we have no manager training? Yes, it's true. They just promote people into managers with zero training. Guess what? They are jokes when it comes to being managers. If you saw all the internal candidates that have become managers, the majority were horribly average reps.

What did you expect with no manager training. Didn't they promote the landscaper to run one of the divisions? I'm pretty sure he had "head hedge trimmer" as one of his previous titles.

And they don't screen management hired in from other companies that were fired from previous company. HINT HR, shouldn't several months without a job raise a red flag?

I hear they are hiring a school bus driver to head one of the divisions now. Not so much for leadership abilities but more so because they have experience dealing with little whiney self entitled little bitches who cry about everything that practically gets handed to them. I think they will do well here.

We have some hot MILF's. That's a good Pro and outways many of the cons.

Lay off the sauce, Alice. Unless you are into slightly to moderately overweight, corn-fed types with 5 O'clock shadow, steer clear of this cesspool of rejects

...this is a laugh. Coming from the reject that was let go. This is the truth. Go away as all your harsh comments are not true. Many of these reps are highly successful and tenured reps. So you stay off the sauce, moron.

WE NEED strong marketing and training. They need to start from the bottom and build up. The managers here were reps that never were competent. Hope we get better talent

I've actually seen the moderately overweight "MILFs" that was described. Pretty on point, were you at the NSM? Did you not see them raiding the dessert table?
