when everyone accepts the illegal activity until they are exposed. every single regional, district and operations manager.........every peak sleep rep, senior management, tech, pcc....EVERYONE. the president of miami university is now saying she had no idea this whole time. she took a picture next to the guy recently, holding a $50k check!
if medicare or any regulatory agency ever looks into pps they are in an enormous world of sh&t and pain. having been with the company and knowing the people in charge for many years i fear the day when they are exposed. deep down they're not horrible people but they are unbelievably greedy, cynical, and blatantly arrogant.
unfortunately those who are forced to break the law are the ones who will ultimately pay the price. upper management at pps has shielded themselves well. BUT! the real key in all of this are the DM's. majority distrust and dislike management. they are kicked from below and from above. they are asked to turn a blind eye to all of the infractions while at the same time charged with teaching and enforcing the same policies. IF, the DM's were able to discuss with impunity their actions i believe they would have the power to bring the company to its knees. pcc's are too low on the pole, RD's make too much and have too much to lose, tech's no way, peak sleep whatever, but DM's could be the death blow.
pps is too large to fall in a day but if it's secrets were ever leaked to the correct authorities it could be brought down in months.
