Me too generics at best. Nothing that would influence share price positively. Innovation and pipeline doesn’t not exist at Galderma

Yes, there are discounts.

We get $1500 (taxable) a year for Aesthetic. At corporate HQ there is a company store with great prices, reps in the field get discount vouchers for OTC.

Benefits are amazing with very small employee contribution. $3k deductible and company pays $2k to each participant.

5% 401k match with additional 5% discretionary. 5 years vesting.

3 weeks vacation to start, 13 holidays, and 10 sick days a year.

Culture not so great right now due to so many changes. Not bad, but not good.
