Good company if you like to be tracked and micro managed at all times... Then have your RD and DM set your ride along scores BEFORE your ride along (this has been overheard at a few POA meetings)... I'm sure the NW isn't the only place this is happening..
 






If you are willing to do absolutely EVERYTHING your manager and your RD want you to do with no questions 100% of the time and not ever question or complain about ANYTHING in any way to anyone including your partners no matter what AND in addition to not complaining say how genius everything they say or do is and model everything they say and do on an extreme level every moment for your entire career with not one slip up you will probably be fine at Forest, as long as you are in the top 25% every quarter every year.
 






If you like excessive micromanagement and having to work very hard doing tasks that will not produce a dime for you ,then forest is for you. the place sucks, read the posts. You will need to see 11-13 doctors a day-waste of time. If you do not perform in the top 20% expect to be talked down, questioned about desire to remain employed and threaten that there are many people who will do your job. if unemployed, then you do not have a choice.

You all need to go back to Enterprise Rent-a-Car or paychex. News FLash, none of you are sales people. Go get a real sales job that requires you to earn for actual sales, and not just hit a metric of "10 calls a day", 10 calls a day... really?!?!? My post man is more efficient than you. Get out of pharma and get a real sales job, or perhaps you enjoy facing an empending layoff while working as a glorified FedEx driver. It never took any skill to "drive share" with Lexapro. If you took the same reps and asked them to sell a shitty SSRI like Pexeva or a treatment like Emsam, you'd get shitty results. Enjoy your next Lunch and Learn bitches!
