How does OnCall expect us to attend the "POA" without paying us? We could use that time to be making calls so we can achieve our measly $ 400 bonus. Sounds to me this is employment fraud!!!

On the other hand, if you are any good at routing, you will have already met your reach and frequency for the quarter, so you don't need to do much in the field next week anyway, and you will still get paid your salary.

That's not the point dipship, we are working for free for 4 hours, WHO DOES THAT??? OnCall is going to get nailed one day on this shit

Just heard all the smack talk from the Pfizer people during the lunch break, awesome! They thought they were on mute the whole time, priceless.

Somebody is getting Pfired at Pfizer!

Anybody else hear all this? They let something pretty important about Premarin Orals slip out, so how is this going to affect us, sounds like it could be major.

I came in towards the end of their conversation. I did hear the comments "I had to shove it down her throat" and "she was catty". Lol

Missed the part about Premarin Orals. Can you elaborate?

Said they are doing away with Premarin Orals, so there goes half our products. Didn't give a timeline but obvioius based on updates and new media that Orals are going away soon.

I heard it too, it was the guy who went over the sales and managed care info talking to Erika Guy and he asked the question about the product going away and she confirmed it. They also talked about the amount they have set aside in legal fund for lawsuits, don't understand that, but wow, I think they will be double checking the mute next time.

If this is true, I'm very concerned about this job. Have you looked at those Rx reports they have distributed? Check out the actual number of Rxs for the cream. The number of Rxs for the orals far outstrips the cream. I guess the idea is that the market for dyspareunia is going to grow as a result of Oshpena, and they want to get in on it.

I think it's pretty clear when you hear the Pfizer product managers talking about it. I wonder if they are just going to discontinue the marketing of the product and sampling. I've never seen a product that's been out this long that has ANY marketing efforts behind it. The cream is what most of my doctors use, but the old school doctors still use the orals. I know if they don't start dealing with Medicare denying the cream for women over 65 then this is going to snowball and cost more market share because doctors aren't going to fight it. I get chewed on at least twice a week about this.
