I don’t know who needs to hear this, but take your lunch break, shut your computers off weekends and nights, take your vacations and use your PTO. Do not give one hour back to satan.

You agreed to a job in exchange for pay and benefits. You did not sign up to sell your soul and every moment of your personal time.

Time for a slow down folks. We slow down, more headcount will need to be hired.

Not a fair statement. It took me 2 years to find the right company suitable for me and my family's lifestyle. Surely all of the good people left are looking. Recruiters in the area are all familiar with what's going on at Taro for good reason. Same toxic people running things and playing games with peoples lives. The company culture was created by these individuals. Nothing will change while they're in charge. As a matter of fact, they'll only get worse. To the talented still under those conditions, don't give up. You'll find the exact role with the right company when the time is right. Don't allow the nonsense to change you or your work ethics and remain true to yourselves. Take care of yourselves and your families, because THAT is priority.

I second that. It took me a while, and worth the wait! DO NOT GIVE UP! You can tell which posts on CP are from Management. Same abusive stupid a$$es. Don't let things get you down. Once you leave, you'll see how petty and pathetic that place was and will always be.

Two years to find a new job? You must be really picky. It took me 2 months to find new place, but I'd had left even if I didn't find anything. Better stay home and live on your savings for a couple months than continue working in shithole like Taro.
