Not cave. This is the knowledge and competence abyss called Regeneron. Legal can't figure out where they are with the lawsuit and need to pay upward of 10% royalty for the technology REGN stole from Amgen.
Legal lost multiple cases trying to suppress innovation.
The company can't figure out that any additional dime wasted on Praluent is money depleted from future pipeline success.
HR is so desperate to recruit / retain "bottom rung talent" background checks often neglected (unless for the minorities, they scrutinize non-Caucasians).
Manufacturing can't deliver finished product to the patients. Wasted hundreds of millions of dollars on failed batches a year.
QA makes up for this incompetence by back dating GMP records and falsifies data. "Let's call it PASS", wink wink.
At least Eylea exists.... until Lucentis takes over the market.......
So, drum rolllllll please.................. it doesn't matter where the lawsuit is because Regeneron set themselves up to fail.
