great opp to break into device but pay is very low. 105 at plan and you are the 2nd biggest player in the intra uterine market. a 3rd competitor ( boston sci) just launched a product as well. Going to be very difficult to make money here moving forward

i want to say it's a bit higher than that now- maybe $135k at plan. It's a good product and a good division that's had a lot of growth. The product needs an update to be sure, but the division is full of good people.
