It is a joke like the rest of Merck...Reps tripping over each other in offices, with the customer having no clue why there are two reps selling the same products...(Two of which are total dogs, Gardasil & Implanon.) The only good product is Nuvaring, which in many areas is hard to sell, cuz Hispanic chicks don't like putting something in their cootchies..

Poorly managed, rotten morale, and a dicey future...
 


















Its been a tough ride at Womens health. Reps are very competitive with one another and the mirror /overlay experience for most has been hell. Meging two companies has been tough. Like everyone else glad for the gig...but these days are tough!

Overlay is a horror in all teams. Too many products, too much work, too much competition among teams, too much hell and pressures. I do not see this new way of working lasting. Topped with competencies its an endless nightmare...me...Im looking for greener grazing not in this type of selling.
