When will we wake up and see that we need to put at least somewhat competent people in important roles? Putting in these imbeciles just because they help a short term HR metric but aren't qualified is killing us, and we are already in bad shape. Come on, is anyone awake?

Oh, they are “woke” alright - see the “deserving” failures

Whether due to “wokeness” or not, there have always been plenty of examples of incompetent people in important roles. It’s the way of the business world we all live in, and throughout history. Don’t blame “wokeness” for incompetence. Blame lack of real leadership.

GSK has always had poor selection criteria for leadership and it has clearly effected the company over the years. Just look around. Most management and leadership in this company is either inexperienced, incompetent, of low integrity, or self serving. Using the work leadership in relation to GSK is a complete joke. And now add the fact that GSK is (and has been) using diversity status as a factor for leadership/management selection is like house burning and trying to put it out with gasoline.

This is 100 percent correct. Long gone are the days this company was lead by decent people. Be so glad when I can kiss this place goodbye forever. Nightmare leadership. The marketing people are so incompetent they let the competition get ahead then try and decide what they might be able to do about it. Then they blame the reps. Just insane leadership.

It’s interesting because all any lazing lying reps have to do is say I’m not paid enough then all of a sudden the manger jumps to their rescue. It’s not about working hard at his company. It’s astounding. This company is ripped off daily by people who don’t give them honest days work. Watching this is very demotivating and demoralizing. Gsk leadership is without a doubt the worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If gsk wants to know why they don’t win it’s what I am describing this company could actually sell so much more with better leaders. so sad how they ran off all their good leaders
