With this management, 2022 is gonna suck!

Does anybody have confidence that Conicelli, Meg, and Will can save 2022 for being like last year? No new products, elective cases have already canceled due to Covid, no idea how to do quotas, and Conicelli just sucks

There's no plan for 2022. Typical Meg and Wil is to wing it and tell us to "get shit done". Like that's a strategy. They are just hoping that things get back to normal as soon as possible. And Conicelli isn't the Chris you should be worried about. He's inept and shouldn't be in this position but he's relatively harmless. It's Chris Jackson we should be concerned with. He has his hands in everything from our comp to our quotas to the warehouses and all these backorders and can't do any of them right. That guy is worse than all of them.

Sadly there is no 2022 plan by our leadership team. They sit idly by at home unable to do anything but claim they know what we're going through but they have absolutely no idea. They've never left Deerfield to find out what's really going on. Instead they have their fingers crossed hoping some normalcy comes back. Hope in not a strategy.

Ha-must be a Chicago thing. Obummer won presidency on a Hope & Change platform. Look how well that worked out. If you are smart, you will run! Wil and Meg are beyond clueless.
