Wisconsin turnover

Jg is pretty clueless. Can't even detail well at poas. Kinda reminds me of Spencer Pratt. Some of the other managers are better, but the coverage and access in Wisconsin is awful. Going the way of mn and ma soon.

Just some advice from a former Wisconsin rep in 2007. I actually sold things before this job and I did have some real conversations and not details. You can still see doctors however they are not even interested in hearing just signing if they even accept samples. Try building relationships when the turnover for Forest reps is 75% in 2 years.
If you are a doctor part of a health care system, they are bonusized and capitated to prescribe generics. The Pharmacists are also capitated and bonusized to do the same, so you are really running up hill all the way. Now you're stuck detailing LX or 2nd or 3rd failure for them to prescribe Nebivelol. You will not see 70% of your panel so no matter how long your cape is and whether your the king/queen of selling pharmaceuticals your not going to impact your numbers in any reasonable way. They brow beat you, treat you like a kid, tell you to be creative however detail with your MVA! This drug sales industry is a joke in Wisconsin!

Any positions in Milwaukee? Despite reading whats happening in WI, I think I have some connections I might be able to use up there. That, and my wife wants to move back to North to be closer to her family.
