The people that were “displaced” are the actual Winners in this re-organization. Depending on your tenure at GSK, you may have a sizable severance and there is no better time to take your life vest and jump off this Titanic! It is very clear that Truck and Joaquin is going to run this division into the ground. They truly are ignorant of how to run the vaccines business. And when you pair ignorance, Air- ogance, and delusion together, it’s a bad combination. It’s a losing combination and the fact that they believe Opportunity Engines is going to save the day, demonstrates their stupidity. It’s a literal train wreck, so I say take the money and run as fast as you can if you were give the opportunity to jump ship. The people that are staying are going to be beat up about situations that the leadership are creating but Joaquin and Truck are going to need a scapegoat when things continue to decline. Not to mention that our competitors are far more skilled and GSK is going to have a lot of competition in the vaccines business soon. Truck and Joaquin have set up people to fail without realizing it. So run as fast as you can! Even if you were retained, it’s time to jump ship!

As a newly appointed VAE who got the shit accounts that do minimal business, I will not give them more than my bare minimum. Time to fly under the radar, drop literature, hit my calls and get back home by 1:00 everyday. You want to give me shitty accounts, I’ll give you a shitty effort and not think twice.

Well said. I feel for those that were displaced but sort of envious. I can see we are heading in a direction that doesn't feel right. Had a team call today...we were all speechless. Heads are gonna roll...yikes you guys...yikes....

right there with you. Completely new job, no customers I currently work with. I feel left to suffer. Why would I be retained? So angry and absolutely hate this company. I will undermine them until I find another path. Don’t care about commission. Already told some long time customers and they are PISSED.

Reps are always claiming “long time customers … are PISSED” after a layoff. Yet, this industry continue to make record profits. The accounts don’t care about you twits either. You’re a mobile advertisement, that’s it.

Dumb is spending millions of dollars to fly people to a week long meeting, only to lay them off 2-3 weeks later.

Dumb is not having a hiring freeze before a layoff and then spending time and money to train people and then lay them off a month later.

Dumb is going to full line reps, 8 months later, adult/ped reps w new territories, adult reps chasing bottom of the barrel mtrx targets for 6 months that didn’t even include your stockers, then back to zip code data, then opportunity engine calls at 60%, and now Ecosytems!

Dumb is this schizophrenic way of running the business from GSK Leaders.

Dumb is having people Oder GSK shirts and then laying them off 2 weeks later.
