Wow. Respectable pharma companies, regardless of size, have a nice week long resort trip for each winners circle recipient and guest with all expenses paid plus a nice big cash bonus. Dinner in DC with leadership sounds like punishment not a reward. This will certainly make reps strive to make winners circle..... NOT.

At least they gave the winners some extra thousands last year since they are too damn cheap to give an actual reward trip!

I am trying so hard not to make winners circle. I don't ever want to be "rewarded" with a forced dinner with top management that I do not respect. No wonder everyone calls this a third rate pharma company wannabe.
 






Dinner with Dr Shithead the felon himself and not a fucking dime for top performers. Vanda really is a bottom tier run wanna be pharma company. Being a top performer should be rewarded like 99.99% of all other pharma companies nit torturedlike Vanda. When will the board get rid of the fuckwads at CEO and CCO?

When they lead poly out in handcuffs, changes will be made but it will be too late for shareholders. He is so fucking arrogant. I had the displeasure of meeting him and he is cold, arrogant, clueless and yet calculating and manipulative. Above all, he has zero respect for his employees.

He doesn't care about those that did well last year as he knows they will be purged soon. He so stupidly thinks that these science major kiddos hired fresh from Starbucks will do as well as top performing experienced reps?? How delusional can the shit for brains CEO really be?

He failed to care about the top performers from a year ago too and could not be bothered to come out to meet them at the meeting in D.C. in March of 2017 (and some have since left and/or were purged)!
