While it might look super sexy and exciting, this breast pump company is a terrible place to work at. The CEO is an irrational leader who is a poor example of a female leader. She doesn't even have kids! The culture at the company is deflated as the management has no ability to make their own decisions. Everything has to go through the CEO and it makes everything run so slow. She literally is suffocating the company. Also, this pump has hurt moms and has a reputation for giving nipple injuries.
