It would be nice if you could open your eyes and see what is going on in your divisions.
Neuroscience Division is at the lowest I have ever seen. Nate and Robin are failing in so many areas. There are quality reps leaving because Management decided to go with a pod model and saturate the offices with Allergan. Physicians have had enough. Neuro-Rehab was a huge mistake and you allowed it Julian! Neuroscience is saturated with passive aggressive management. Management doesn't care who we are, what motivates us, or how to sell in this environment!

Sales will take off when you get rid of those actors. Bring in a couple from a Biotech company or medical device...that is when true dedication and passion will appear.
 




You are mistaken if you believe Joke JG understands anything about Botox clinically, sales, reimbursement, patient perspective, etc. JG is precisely why the mostly mediocre and sometimes borderline idiocy is the norm for Allergan 'leadership'. JG gets high on incompetence because he enjoys making people 'jump'. This mentality wastes a significant amount of time, energy, resource and leads to poor business decisions always shooting from the hip. This company had lost all sense of patients first and it is truly sad. Go Botox machine, go. Grind people's lives away, sleep with admins/co workers at meetings and do whatever we have to do to 'move the needle'. JG should take an Ozurdex in the eye so he can have patient perspective brought back. It would be a start.

So you are assuming JG does not know what is going on? You DO know he is aware of RS's behavior as it became an issue in Eyecare. You DO know things are just as bad and probably WORSE in Eyecare.

He has chosen to turn his back on the issues. Why he has made this choice should be the concern and the question we are all asking.

Note: be aware that in the last few hears JG has fielded complaints from our customers. Yes! Doctors and their office staff have called and emailed about the mess and how it is affecting them. Endless manager and trainers in their offices with no value to them, change of mood of company, change of detail from a consultant type to a used car salesman (or worse), and, even worse, they know how reps are being treated and have been very vocal about it with him.
Nothing. You think he cares? The changes start with him. There will be no changes.
