Its looking pretty good over there. You get reward trips for you and your family, a cell phone allowance that covers more than just taxes, a territory that is 1/6 the size, great healthcare coverage, larger salaries, annual raises, etc. I spend a great deal of time wondering why my counterparts work less but have so much more.
