The two I am thinking of most certainly would be gone due to Gross Unethical conduct and poor sales.

Who else qualifies? Has to be more than just these two fornicators.

In today's job market, a great paying job (this applies to 99.99% of us), pays 1/2 or LESS of your current pay! And this is if you have other sales experience besides pharma. Hope everyone saved for a rainy day and didn't base their paychecks on the size of their homes or the "toys" the money afforded. It's a different world out there and unfortunately those great paying pharma jobs are gone...if not now, then you can guarantee they will be in the future. Good luck to all. It's very rough out there and will be for the next few years!!!
 












What is Novartis' responsibility if they knew this was going on? Lets say you had district mates hooking every few weeks due to close and adjacent territories. Suppose this was blatantly carried out in meetings. What if company phones were used to talk and text each other at least seven out of the eight hours of the work day for YEARS? If one of the two cheaters ended up pretty much abdicating their job duties and turned to substances to cope could Novartis be sued for lack of oversight?
 






Interesting- I would call HR NOW and let them know. Screw the jerks who were screwing in the field while some of us actually worked. All you idiots in NJ who have been cheating- I will let your spouses know once this is over... I plan on blowing it up

my manager is constantly minipulating everything if he likes you you don't even have to get out of bed if not you will get fired or managed out he cheats on his wife with reps and I have had nurses in my territory ask if he was married because he tried to pick them up. He even will fuck with you once your gone. I am way to competitve to fuck with. I promise you if you block me from getting a job like you did a few years back to get one of your reps you were banging a job I will go to your house and have a sit down with your wife. forget i worked here i will forget about you. If you cross me i will make it my lifes passion to destroy you and your whole life. I promise I will not stop.
