Will Hospital be realigned due to loss of zetia December?

Will they optimize by letting older reps go, and increasing territories for those left? Only Januvia remains, Dulera not big numbers. Any insight appreciated. Please, Debbie downers do not reply.

Not sure if the decision has been made, but in reality we have zero impact on prescribing anymore, its a game & I'm tired of playing! Its difficult to look in the mirror & think we have influence over these hospital systems , let alone the clinicians we make fake" calls on!! Sign me up for the severance payout

Well said. Sooner or later it comes down to integrity, self-esteem and man's need to perform an honest day's work.
