Wouldn’t not doubt that BS thinks he can be in line to succeed Rick. One only needs to look back to the PFE/AGN merger where BS was next in line for CEO. If you look at his track record, he is not an operator of a business. Look at AGN since the bust of the PFE merger.

Allergan rep here. He stated that he would on the BOD and would be "advocating" for us during the transition. I don't think you have to worry about him being in any position of authority. He's proven himself to be a destroyer of shareholder value and completely useless as a leader. He'll take his $$ and run.
