Anybody know where things are at in terms of interview process in the West? Had a great initial chat with P1 and was told things would move pretty quick this month... I like my current job, but would love this one. I just want to get an idea if anybody is actually already in process for a job in the west.

I'm in the process, and, quite frankly not that impressed with how it is being handled. I have an offer but having second thoughts given multiple conversations I've had with current ABMs.

I'm currrently "in the industry" and not sure...

good luck

same as you, great initial screen with P1, but no contact yet.

I have gotten an offer as well. I am a little Leary as I am hearing mixed things about the future of the company. Will you please share what the ABM's have said and why you are second guessing. I am because of micromanagement and big pharma culture.

For those considering. You would be coming into a culture of micromanagement and what is moving to big pharma culture.

The additional problem is that the internal mis trust among teams, and, lack of clear communication with external teams spells dome.

Operational we are not prepared, OR, have experienced people making the decisions.

If not for TYS or AVX ship is already down.

It's basically who's ass you kiss, and, don't question anything.

It is to the point where you need to have three people in a room for any discussion (if you know what I mean).

Other than that it's wonderful.

I would like to be paid a couple hundred thousand, have no paperwork, have everyone be nice to me no matter what my performance, have nice free wheels, maintenance, insurance and gas, a variety of free trips, dinners and have some sort of blog where I could complain about how tough life is.

Might be the best post of seen yet on how things are and have been for some time, with a slow and steady slide to getting MUCH worse.
