Why did last Friday occur
LF is a POS. Lets call it like it is. He blamed former management. Lets assume that was the case. He then stepped in for 2 years and a half years and did Zero. Here is what he did do
-Blame former management
-right sized the company "We now believe we have right sized the company"
-Hire PP who never got higher than a DM and now he's a NSD a year later (Joke)
-Promise EU Approval "We expect EU approval by end of year".
-Promoted BY who was fired from UCB and now runs this co
-bragged about double digit growth quarter over quarter (joke, it was like 1 quarter)
-Hired SMO & make the KPIP promise "With KPIP we will turn things around and be successful"
-Promote MM who had affairs with not one but 2 married men and she sells out to power
-right sized the company again "with this round of reductions we feel we can be successful"
-Signed the Sobi deal (Smo), The most dysfunctional deal I've ever seen. Do you know how much money we've made on that deal????
and finally just hurt a lot of good people. I'm sure Im missing a few things but I think you all get it. Whats above is the truth. Unfortunately as I interview and my resume has Savient on it, I am having a hard time finding a job. I have been here since the launch and can tell you that this company is far worse than it was a year ago and the year before that. Its gotten that bad. I am hoping as Savient still signs my check that I can get out before the money runs out. The fact still remains that as long as I wear Savient on my jersey, finding a new team is and will be hard to do.
Good Luck guys
the new savient logo should be a catfish...this place is a playground for bottom feeders.
a dead catfish...floating belly up in a pool of sewage.
PY will likely be gone shortly also. Tainted by association, can no longer be a consigliere.
everyone will be gone soon....dead POS
Thanks LF
You are a terrible person
I respectfully beg to differ. The corporate accounts guys were actually not bad. LFs highest job was VP. I blame the board for allowing this maniac to be a CEO. JJ orchastrated the whole deal. JJ was a CEO for 2 months when the (previous co)company got bought. He had no CEO experience. He used Savient as a stepping stone. He was named to Dendrion board a few months after he excepted the CEO role. He lobbied to get on Dendrions board and worked behind the scenes knowing the CEO was not long for the company. He then snuck in and folded on Savient like a cheap lawn chair! what made it worse was bringing in his cronies that he knew did not have the experience to run a company. In comes LF and PP. PP's highest sales role at JnJ was a district manager. LF couldnt wait to get him in there. There you have it. JJ f----- the board and the co. He is all smoke and mirrors. At the launch meeting he had black escalades driving management around. wow. Shame on the board!
They did one thing right, They fired LF. The post up top with all of his promises is unbelievably true.
Why are you surprised? LF is no different from JJ or any other pharmaceutical executive. They got where they are by screwing the "kittle people", they are only in it for the money. Nothing else. Once you realize that the reasons for how they behaved becomes crystal clear.
