Why ?

why do phys. have difficulty finding a place for valturna and now possibly tekamlo. u would think there would be enough failures on single agent therapies ? and what is the trick to get phys to seriously consider these choices ?

Until there is a price advantage of the combination drugs there will be reluctance on the part of MCO's and physicians to utilize them.MCO's could care less about improved compliance, the are only interested in the bottom line and if the bottom line is improved by rxing several generic drugs over a brand name combo they will continue to resist.

Because you're a crappy sales person who can't make a compelling enough case for a physician to prescribe it. If you can't sell Valturna or Tekamlo, you need to find another line of work. You are exactly why Novartis will soon be the least admired and least respected pharma company.

There is no compelling reason for either of those dogs
lotrel works better as does exforge as will the generic dio / norvsc combo
tkt is a flat out D O G with little to no efficacy & no outcomes

if NVS didn't bribe speakers there'd be no prescriptions for TKT & it's
equallly useless permutations

Dr's are complacent and are stuck in habits. That's why sales people are needed. Specific patient types, compelling clinical reason to prescribe, ask for it![/QUOTE

Salesperson??? Who in the hell do you think you are kidding? Walmart has better salespeople then any pharma company! HA salesperson, I love it

Typical excuses from reps that couldn't sell their way out of a paperbag. I'm glad that I was let go, I'm actually embarrassed to say that I worked for this company.
