Why we will be successful

Thank you sincerely for posting the article, but I respectfully don't take too much stock into projections such as these. This person has no idea what is going on right now. The hospitals are fighting back hard and restrictions are being strengthened and on the rise. We are no where near the projected weekly numbers that the company has promised. We are nearly into February and there hasn't really been any change. This is very true and I have heard this from reliable sources.....March will be the telling month. If things are not dramatically better than where we are now, then it won't be good news for anyone. Most have seen the writing on the wall. Even if things would have gone well like we were led to believe, this really was only supposed to be a 2 or 3 year gig. This is not going to be a company you are going to grow with and have a sense of stability. The leaders here were out to make fast money and clearly most see their self indulgent behaviors. Things will not get better here and only get worse. If we haven't seen strong growth by now, you are not going to see it. We have no R&D department and absolutely no pipeline. I have learned that I will never go with a company that simply just purchases and acquires drugs ever again. There is absolutely no foundation in that. Ever rep should be very smart now and should be taking the time to loo for other jobs to protect themselves and their families before it is too late. Take an honest look at the leaders here....do you really think they are sincere and care about you? NO. They were looking to make fast money. As reps, many have a strong ability of figuring people out. Can you imagine what people like SB, RSL, and MR say behind closed doors? Trust me, there is no respect and love here. If our numbers were better it would be a whole different story. The reps in the bottom 25% would be ruthlessly fired.....but with the situation now they are quietly asking some to leave and not going to fire low performers because that would send shockwaves throughout the company and be very alarmist. We all need to stick together and help each other get out of this gigantic mess.

Agreed!
